Larry Breitfelder-Navas
Larry entered the real estate industry during the 1980’s as a full service property manager. His account load included single family residences, apartment buildings, commercial facilities and Homeowner Associations.
Based on experience and his desire to maximize long term profits for clients, Larry has found that the most important skills in the management of investment property include the ability to recognize and work well with those who are trustworthy. Whether as tenants or vendors.
That is why in all Larry’s years in management, he has never had to evict a tenant that he rented to.
Larry earned his BA from the University of San Diego and went on to post Graduate studies at Claremont Graduate School. Over time he became a professionally trained mediator.
Larry has been a leader in both business and community affairs. Formerly active on the Chamber of commerce economic development and public affairs committees as well as being a loaned executive for the Orange County United Way. For a number of years Larry was an elected director for a local Water Utility with oversight responsibility for an operating budget in the vicinity of $100 million.
