Thank you for all you’ve done for Tom and Karen.   I really enjoyed working with you back in 2016 when I was the Trustee for the MFT, and I’m deeply appreciative that you stayed on after I left.

Tom and Karen’s financial position is much better today than it was back in 2015 when I took over, and you played a key role in stabilizing the San Diego properties.  Thank you!!!
